Length of stay – 3 days to one week
Suggested donation per day – $15 individual, $20 couple (for food and lodging)

Length of stay – minimum 1 month (monthly renewal if all agree)
Financial responsibilities – $400 per month, plus utilities and food, at approximately $200.
Commitment – weekly meeting, community meals, community chore, community work day (4hrs)

A New Member is someone who wishes to make Three Springs their permanent home. New Members live at Three Springs for a 1 year period with checkins at 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 9 months, and 1 year. If all goes well and all agree the New Member can then apply for Full Membership.

In your letter, please include information about why you are looking for community, what has been your experience living in community, what are your interests and values, how do you make a living, etc.
This is our first step in getting to know you and vice-versa. After that, if we feel we would like to get to know you better, we will contact you and invite you to visit.

A Full Member is someone who as gone through the 1 year New Member process and has been accepted as a Full Member by the consensus decision of all current Full Members. A Full member has the rights of full decision making participation and the right to build a permanent private dwelling in accordance with existing Community guidelines. There are currently 7 Full members living at Three Springs.
