We enjoy sharing our land with others. There are a variety of ways to experience Three Springs on a short or long term basis.

Visitor

Someone that would like to come and enjoy our land and
have a community and gardening experience.

Length of stay –  3 days to one week

Suggested donation per day   $15 individual, $20 couple
(for food and lodging)

Lodging – manzanita cabin, trailer, (S)cool bus, or camping (depending on availability)

Internship

Someone that is interested in experiencing community life for an extended amount of time.

Length of stay – minimum 1 month (monthly renewal if all agree)

Financial responsibilities – $400 per month, plus utilities and food, at approximately $200.

Commitment weekly meeting, community meals, community chore, community work day (4hrs)

Lodging – manzanita cabin, trailer, (S)cool bus, or camping (depending on availability).

Work Exchange

Someone that is interested in experiencing community life and exchanging work in the community for their stay.

Length of stay – minimum 3 weeks to 2 months (renewal if all agree)

Work agreement –  25 hours per week, plus community work day (4hrs).  Food and lodging included.

Commitment – weekly meeting, community meals, community chore, community work day (4hrs)

Lodging – manzanita cabin, trailer, (S)cool bus, or camping (depending on availability).

Garden Apprenticeship

Someone that is interested in our educational garden program as well as experiencing community life.

Length of stay – minimum 3 days for short term volunteers,
up to 1 year for long term apprentices.

Work agreement –  32 hours per week, plus community work day (4hrs).  Food and lodging included.

Commitment – weekly meeting, community meals, community chore, community work day (4hrs).

Lodging – manzanita cabin, trailer, (S)cool bus, or camping (depending on availability).

Membership

If you are interested in the possibility of becoming a member of Three Springs, please go to the Contact Three Springs page, fill out the boxes and write us a letter of introduction in the message box. Please include information about why you are looking for community, what has been your experience living in community, what are your interests and values, how do you make a living, etc. This is our first step in getting to know you and vice-versa. After that, if we feel we would like to get to know you better, we will email you a questionnaire or invite you to visit.
